2.) Yes, I have done quite a few for Dave and he is a good friend. You can see some more pics I did for Ellis at www.exquisiteknives.com (http://www.exquisiteknives.com). Some of them have sold but the tortoise-scaled Bennica at the top right of his site is mine. I also designed all of Dave's websites.
