Hi Roland ,
This looks good would like to see when the knife is complete. What handle material will be fitted on the knife?

Hi Steve,
It is just the draw of the project.
Now I must engrave ;-)
You see that soon

Hi Roland, Are you using an inkjet to transfer?

rbaptiste

I used a print laser without warmer and transparency film and Dammar varnish.
Why this question? Are you an another better method?

Your transfers are very good. I thought it might be inkjet. Your laser method is working good! :)

I have too Magic transfer and Epson c81 but when you have a transform print this method is very easy

Pouvons-nous voir un exemple de votre schéma pour ce projet?

James

What do you call "schema"?
The picture on the top is a draw project.
Now I do the engrave.
I will post the engraving picture on the futur soon ;-)

I did not know if you first drew by hand then converted in a vector program to transfer. I was interested in seeing a hand sketch. "Schema" was in reference to your scheme of design, the overall layout. I am interested in how you come up with your design and layout.

Thanks
James

I don't use a vector program. I draw with a pencil and after I scan the picture to do the background black with photoshop.
If you want, I can do a little tutorial for show you

That' looks nice!
(at least as far as I can tell right now - the Firewall of Idiocy where I work blocks ImageShack so I have to look at it on my Treo (smartphone)).

Thanks a lot .
I receive a mesage by LEBEAU COURALLY to say me if it is possible to don't show any pictures of the knife. :-(
Sorrry but I will not show the other side to this knife.
Thanks again

That's too bad, but I can understand. We'll just have to wait until the whole thing is done and goes 'public' to get to see the rest.
