I recently heard that Facebook changed their terms of agreement so that now anything a user posts becomes their property permanantly. The way I understand it, if you post your art work they can use it anyway they want as long as they want. In essence you have lost your copyrights:frown5:

Yes, there was a recent change. Evidently, it caused such an uproar that Facebook went back to the previous terms. A notice to that affect was posted to user accounts by Facebook over the weekend.

Facebook and similar sites are a good way to keep in touch with friends and family, meet new people with similar interests, or contact old aquaintences which one has lost track of over the years. Posting material of value on Facebook type sites is not something I would recommend.
