Well, I have cruising the web site for a year now and think it is time to talk. I had taken an engraving course last year and bought the equipment but due to other business commitments haven't really had time to practice. Well this weekend I practiced! :whoo[1]: Glad to know I still retained some of the knowledge but that old brain of mine couldn't always convince my hands what to do. I will keep practicing. I have been carving leather for many years and several years ago started with scrimshaw. My husband is a knife maker and that is the link to the engraving. I really enjoy all of the information gladly shared on this site, one day I will try to post a picture but for now I am content to surf in the background. Of course, posting a pictue will be a tutorial in itself, so much to learn!
