Are you doing these with a rotary? It is pretty good if so with a rotary as I think it is much harder to make a clean long cut with the rotary tool and a single pointed graver. Once you figure out the graver cutting the groove it makes steads you from side to side from wiggle or shaking that happens with hand holding a rotary tool.

The steel cups and plexi mirror I did with an electric pulse engarver. Talk about wiggle and shake.
I have done a glass with a rotary and diamond bit.
I did not know how crude I was until I found this site.
All by hand, no vise, in my lap with naked eyes until I got the visor magnifier.
I have learned SO much in the past 24 hours thanks to this forum.
I plan to purchase some of your tools (palm airgraver) and I am wondering about the vise.
Do they have a built in turn table or is that a separate item?
