Default Antique engravers block?

Hello... I've just joined as I'm looking to get started in engraving. I'm an OIF disabled veteran, so I don't have a lot of funds saved up yet, so I think I'll probably need to begin with older equipment until I can save up for newer gear. I'm wanting to begin engraving as a hobby as I often can't sleep due to my injuries...I cannot lay down, stand, or sit for very long so it makes it difficult to sleep much. I'd like to be able to do this as a pastime when I cannot sleep.

I'll mainly be working with smaller items, at least for now. So I'm looking for a rotating engraver's block that is in good, usable condition with all its parts. I don't really care how it looks as long as it work as it should. I'll need a good graver handle and gravers as well. I think that should be enough to get me started.

Thanks for any help locating a decent block...(I'm in the process of reading as much as I can, watching YouTube tutorials, and trying to draw patterns so that I'll be able to learn as much as I can until I can obtain some tools and actually start cutting...)

Edit: My intention is to eventually save up enough to buy new equipment from Mr. Lindsay. On my current income, unfortunately I cannot do that yet, but I'm saving up as best I can to get started.
