Well done. It looks like something right out of a shop in 18th century Germany or Austria.

I was thinking the same thing, except I think that if this rifle somehow fell through a hole in time back to the 18th century they'd be absolutely amazed and the overall quality and workmanship.

kaya,Very nice Jaeger,engraving,carving.Where did you get the steel trigger guard & butt plate? I see them in brass but never in steel.Keep us posted. J.J.

kaya,Thanks for the information on the steel parts Track of the Wolf & Jim Chambers are great folks to work with.You can do really neat engraving on a Jaeger.J.J.
