Default Need help with my Palm Control

I have a project that will be engraved in "soft brass" I made these 2 new cutters out of a softer material but am having difficulty installing them in the Palm Control.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Pauly

Well first off it looks like you neglected to knock the back corners off - that's bad for the O-ring you know.

But based on the distance from the face to the back I think you need to add an extension anyway. Just take some 1/8" rod (I use brass) and clean up the back end of it after you attach it to the new 'points'. I grind a flat on one side to line up with the set screw, partly for indexing, partly so I don't have to adjust it differently for the round vs. square ends.

That ought to get you fixed right up.

That is quite puzzling to me!
i would think that if those gravers fit into the sharpening fixture that they should also fit in the pc
i am afraid that i have no help for you. LOL
those look like they will be a great tool so people can see the geometry of a sharpened graver
