Default New Order for Steve

Simon was the one that found Steve's graver and forum on the Net, and it was Steve who brought the competition to my attention, I said to Simon, if I win, the graver's yours, so yesterday I gave it to him.......so.....i've had to order one for myself Also there's a new compressor being delivered Tuesday!

Lets see if I got this right. You saved 2 minutes on a small area on a job useing Steves classic palm graver. Now if you add all the 2 minutes up on this job you might get another gun in this year. Now that is something too smile about. Have a great time useing the classic. Take care Jack

Jack, it should save quite a bit of time, but you have to remember that on a carved gun a graver is only used part of the time.

Phil, guess you like the tool. Huh !!!
After a day or two with the PC handle, you start to love it.
At least I did.

Sometimes it's a pain being a man of your word, but as is often the case in the end everyone wins.

That is a pretty good testimonial for you to like it so well that after giving to someone else you bought one for yourself. Nice guy!

You must have liked the tool enough to buy one yourself. Do you both use the same one - or did you just give it then buy one - without trying it?

No one is using it at the moment, we both tried it and liked it but we used a compressor which is too noisy, a new one should be here tomorrow, in the meantime i'm waiting for the new PC.

Phil

That's one of the joys of Steve's gear - you don't need a compressor. Since they just sip air you can run them off of CO2 tanks. Can't get much quieter than that.

But your new compressor will (eventually) be cheaper than getting tanks refilled.

You'll have already seen how much fun I've had on trying to sort out CO2 in the UK...
