I started with a friends air graver and ended up up finishing with a rotary engraver, there's also also a long list of tools used in between. This is the first time I tried to engrave something so now I'm here trying to learn how it's really done.

Picture Murray Tinkleman - Rodeo Drawings
This is an excellent reference book for anyone that does any western artwork. It has some really fantastic images of horses also. As a bonus, it was all done in pen and ink, using a technique very similar to "line" bulino, and serves as excellent study in how to use tiny lines to get shading down.

Picture My 2nd project 1860 Henry (Uberti) by Willy B. Infamous
This is the 2nd full project I have attempted. It is a 1860 Henry Uberti engraved in Nimschke style. I appreciate any and all critic. How will I get better unless I know where I went wrong. Thanks for stopping by.
