Curt ... all the time I was waiting for the case, I had to hide it and forget it.
I took apart instead and swapped out the trigger for an old case hardened one I had laying around (never used). Looks a lot better than the scratched blued trigger in the previous photos.

Finally got the case in for this and it's off to the customer this weekend. I didn't get a powder flask. I figure if the customer wants a matching .45 Colt conversion cylinder, I can make a bullet block for that section so it hold both the cylinder and six rounds.
For a short time in the late 1860s, Remington shipped their revolvers and revolving carbines with drop-in metallic cartridge conversion cylinders which were chambered for .46 Remington rimfire.
