Default My first gun engraving....

Use Steve's Palm engraver I had, going on three years. Love it! Use transfers from my instructor to engrave. But got impatient and free-handed with a marker the web and spider. Not a good idea, but was fun and got it put back together. Started this about 2 years ago. Took the replica apart and and just this week decided to finish it up. Then assembled it and to my surprise it worked and no extra parts left over! Going to try if again but slower and do a lay out with a graphics software program. Comments appreciated. Not sure what the gun is made out of but it must be a non ferrous / pot metal, nickel plated. It a Dan Wesson .357 repelica. Wonder how the 715 revolver would be like to engrave. Not me still have a lot of practicing on cheap hardware!
Thank you, Joe
